The Flippers finished their competitive season at NIU’s Invitational in Wheaton, IL where they faced GymACT teams from Iowa, Minnesota, and Kansas City United.
Josef Volk’s vault (Kaz full) was good for a third place finish shared with Max Racutt of Iowa. Devyn Iglesias-Fuller muscled out an impressive no-fall pommels routine and bragged an even cleaner azarian on rings. The freshman Taras Drozd continued to deliver consistent, clean routines on parallel bars and rings for the Flippers.

The team will enjoy some well-deserved down time as the athletes move into the off season, working strength and skill upgrades for 2027!
